Hasmathpet

Hasmathpet  is located 6 km from Secunderabad, Hasmathpet is a historic village near Kukatpally in Rangareddy District of Andhra Pradesh.  It is a small town which comes under old bownepally in Secunderabad, India. It is predominantly a middle class suburb.

 Excavations done here by the department of Archeology in collaboration with Birla Archeological and Cultural Research Institute of Hyderabad revealed artifacts such as brass bell, pottery and iron chain. Burials were also excavated from here
